To say we had a great experience with Lagniappe Pools would be an understatement. Our project was pretty much flawless. Matt, Wayne, and their team made this a smooth and stress-free experience. The professionalism and responsiveness alone was enough to give this company 5 stars. We did not just get a “pool”…. We were very fortunate to find Lagniappe Pools to work on our project. After working with several other pool companies to quote out our project we found Lagniappe to be easy to work with as far as staying within our budget and having a quality project with all the features we wanted. We can't say enough about Lagniappe Pools. Matt, Wayne, and their crews were some of the most professional and polite people I've dealt with in the construction business. We had an idea of what we wanted and had actually started working with another pool builder; however, after signing the contract and paying the deposit, 2 months passed with out so much as a start date from the pool builder who claimed the pool would be built in 8-10 weeks. I searched for over a year for the right company to do my pool and out of all the companies interviewed, Lagniappe was above and beyond a standout from the first phone call to well after the pool was completed. A little cold to get in the pool but still enjoying the game in this back yard oasis!! Can not believe the transformation of my backyard. The process and experience was amazing and the outcome was….. I will let you guess. Huge deck, pool and spa, add on out door bathroom, HUGE cover patio with all the trimmings, smoker, gas grill, sink, double fridge, ice machine and did I mention swim up bar!!!! Need I say anymore. Many thanks to Matt and team for making backyard dreams come true!!!
