mistook a loose connection in my shop power system to be an incompatibility issue between an autoswitch and the power supply on my lathe. Sent off an email, and later found the problem. But Brian Diaz called me to help and left me feeling I was more than well taken care of. Thanks Brian
if you dont get brian diaz , you are unlucky. this guy was great!! resolved my problems on my table saw and covered it under warranty. i never have had any luck with customer servirce any where. brian diaz has changed my outlook. thanks brian diaz john norwood
