Horrible experience! I dealt directly with the owner, Joe Lahood. I gave him specific instructions how to lease my home.He leased it for less than I instructed to a tenant that was not qualified and never paid rent. I am now forced to evict them. I ask Lahood to assist me with the eviction and he has drug his feet aka done nothing. Now I am have to do it myself. My advice to all, do not hire this poorly ran incompetent property management LLC. Again, horrible experience!
Adam and his team with LaHood Property Management are always there for me, with timely repairs and making sure that every repair is done right and not leaving until they are! The integrity of this property management is a rare gem!
I was booked to do a tour on a saturday with Marvin. Then was asked 2 days before can I do it on a Thursday, no I had to work, I told him. Then on the day of the booking he sends a text saying the tour is canceled. No explanation, no reschedule or nothing! Never again will I waste my time with Marvin
Marvin does NOT do business well. Books multiple people at same time and then doesnt show up at all!! I waited over 40 minutes with an appt for him not to show up !
Lahood Property Management currently manages the Willow Heights Condo Association(90 units) and does so in a very professional manner, along with a very hands on, people first approach. I have never had an issue with the Lahood team that was not resolved in a manner that put our owners/tennants/board first. I would strongly recommend that any enitity in need of a property management company to consider the Lahood team. Tom Hasenstein
