Lake County Dental is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve visited. The staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I came in and needed a tooth extraction. The first thing I noticed is the front desk was so polite and helpful I forgot her name but I hope her ankle gets better she had a scooter. Once I got back and sat in the chair Roe was absolutely amazing! She made me feel at ease, listened, and provided a judgment free zone. I have to say, of all the dentists I've ever been to Lake Country Dental has to easily be the best! With other dentist offices I would find myself sitting in the chair for sometimes upwards of 30+ minutes just waiting for the dentist to see me or get any actual work done. Lake Country Dental did a great job of seeing me on time according to my appointment time, and then making sure the dentist and hygienists were actively working on me or minimizing how much time I sat around doing nothing in the dental chair which I greatly... read more
I have always dealt with dental fear, but I felt comfortable right away when I had my consultation. They were upfront and honest with me. I have had my top teeth pulled and now got my dentures. Dr did a great job on communicating exactly what they were doing and how much it was. They have plans that work with you. We love the whole team! So thankful for their attention to detail and their care for the whole family. Our kids have far less anxiety here and that makes all the difference when teaching them to care for their teeth and setting them up to love the dentist! We’ve been to other pediatric dentists and now KNOW the difference a great dentist makes! So thankful to be back at a GREAT DENTIST!
