So much to choose from in the showroom! The website was so easy to navigate, we were able to check out what inventory they had. We worked with Tyrel and he was so knowledgeable and very helpful. I called several times before we made the 3 hour trip to buy our new Sea Doo's! We were able to do all the paperwork prior with Amber (she was great too!) and we were in and out that afternoon in enough time to enjoy the new skis on Lake Cumberland. Tyrel even helped us with a few questions after hours!

I have owned many boats over the past 45 years! I had to share that I just experienced the Gold Standard in Customer Service at Cumberland Lake Marine. I started texting Harvey about month ago. Just general questions about a few of his boats. He responded at hours… I met him last Monday and although the facility closed at 5 pm he stuck with me until 6:45pm!
