This is NOT luxury living! They say these are luxury apartments, yet there is always trash everywhere and dog poop on the sidewalks. The dumpster are always over flowing or broken. Our stairwell ceiling looks like it's going to come down and there is a piece of wood with nails sticking out that could fall on someone. There is no sense of security. I have watched kids steal packages and hang around even they don't live there. Vehicle have been broken into and stolen. And now they are changing so called parking policies that a... read more

Not luxury as advertised. Overpriced. We wanted a rental while a building a new home. Wish we had looked elsewhere though the rental market in Frederick was slim to none. The good: Nice having free electric car charging. The pool and clubhouse are nice amenities. Dog washing station is nice in theory but was always a mess. Also the location is easy to get on and off of 70. The bad: The dumpsters were always overflowing. There was dog waste everywhere, and while emails were sent to residents it never got better. Way over priced not worth it Lived here for almost 2 years. Moving out in September. Went up 1k more from when I first moved in. Parking is horrible plan to park buildings over. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. If your not on the top floor you will hear every footstep and it literally shakes the walls. The community grills suck.
