We had a great experience renting three units at Lake Mac Storage. What started out as a couple months in one unit, turned out to be three units over several months due to our delayed construction schedule. The facility location/access is so easy. The units are clean and secure. The grounds are spacious and graded regularly. And customer service was excellent!
I love this place location is great for our needs, we've been there for may years everything is always well taken care of. The only reason why I did not leave a five star would be because after the new company took over, the online platform was harder for me to navigate. The old system I was able to go and do everything online from my phone as far as canceling and renting, as I rent multiple units throughout the year and keep a permanent garrage stora year round. The new owners are great and have local relationships to help out with towing, winterizing and repair. They’ve upgrade the facility to have surveillance and keyless entry and are always available by phone 7 days a week. Best location relative to Lake Mac.

Hands down then best storage facility for anyone going to Lake McConaughy. The staff is friendly/helpful and the facility is just across the road from the lake entrance. Best of all The Kite Ranch also offers other services including towing and placing your RV or camper on the beach so it is ready for you upon your arrival. Talk about easy camping! Pricing is reasonable.
