The new owners are great and have local relationships to help out with towing, winterizing and repair. They’ve upgrade the facility to have surveillance and keyless entry and are always available by phone 7 days a week. Best location relative to Lake Mac.
Bob and Skip have an outstanding facility! Bob would bend over backwards to keep his renters happy. Bob and his grandsons are busy from dawn to dusk towing campers to and from the beach.They are the best, need I say more.
Hands down then best storage facility for anyone going to Lake McConaughy. The staff is friendly/helpful and the facility is just across the road from the lake entrance. Best of all The Kite Ranch also offers other services including towing and placing your RV or camper on the beach so it is ready for you upon your arrival. Talk about easy camping! Pricing is reasonable.
The "tidy-est" most-services-great-service-largest-lake resort I have ever witnessed and I've witnessed a few. Total satisfaction with staff, service and organization. What a "tight ship" and run in "ship state"!
New owners are rude and unprofessional. Sad to see it change. Just got kicked out of or long time space after silly rate increases only two months ago
