I brought my old American Akita here because she was having difficulty standing - Unfortunately we are mid-quarantine as a result of Covid-19 and my regular veterinarian was out of office. This clinic was able to see us on a walk in basis - there was a long wait, which was to be expected with the current protocol. My mom had to have her 16 year old fur baby euthanized and having recently moved here from California she did not have a regular vet. She called around and decided on Value Pet Clinic. I felt that we received the best caring, compassionate and professional care we could have hoped for. My mom even received a sympathy card signed by the staff and a paw print. I am honestly thinking about changing my pups care to Value Pet Clinic.
I've used value pet a few times and I've found that my dogs have been taken care of wonderfully. The only I didn't like was how they handle the bravecto They make me bring the dog in every year and pay for a check up to get the Bravecto flee medicine. This seems like just away to make more money.
The staff is kind and patient. They answer all of my questions and take the time needed for a thorough appointment. I never feel rushed. The wait to be seen can be long, but it is worth it to me to know that my pets are well cared for. I wish I had more names to mention in this review because they all care, but Kelly is amazing and funny. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff and doctors. Great prices and short wait time. They made us very comfortable and well cared for when we had to say goodbye to our senior chihuahua, Eddie. We bring all our dogs there. Highly recommended!

I took my golden retriever in to get spayed yesterday. I was obviously extremely nervous. Every single staff member made me feel extremely comfortable. The doctor came in to talk to me personally which made me feel even more comfortable. Lexi has been recovering great, and we even woke up to a text checking in on her. They are amazing

Value Pet Clinic in Kent is one of the more affordable and better clinics in the area. The staff are kind and have helped us through many animals. They we're espically helpful through the ongoing treatments when our pitbull mix, Morgan, had a rare form of cancer in his nose and passed away at the age of 4. This was at least 4 or 5 years ago and when I brought in my puppy, one of the doctors remembered working with my dad and Morgan. They treat their customers as family and are always kind. I normally visit the value pet clinic in tacoma but I made a visit here because I was staying somewhere closer for a few days. I was completely blown away by the service and the kindness in all of the people here. I just went in for an exam due to my dog getting into a fight with a stray. Their prices are always amazing and affordable! They were gentle with my dog and treated him with the best care. They made sure all of my questions were answered.
