We had an appt. at 11:00. 2 hours later we were brought to the exam room and left in there for another 30 min. They then took our dog away, which we asked them to allow us to come with them because our dog does not like strangers and would do better if we were with him. One hour later they said they could not take the blood tests because our doh was too aggressive (he had a muzzle on and we wonder what the heck they were doing to him for an hour). Office Manager, Cindy, is rude and lacks all professionalism as well as the front office staff. Overcharging and charging for items NEVER received or desired seems common for this office. Check your receipts, folks!

Haven't had problems with them before. Today, I was told that they are out until April 22nd to get my dog in for her yearly exam and needed shots. I would have had to wait until the needed day and then call and hope I could get my dog in that day. Was able to get an appointment easily with the animal clinic across the street and the cost is comparable. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pathetic doesn't even begin to explain how ridiculous their Covid precautions are!! I can go into my Dr, I can go to a grocery store, I can go to a restaurant, I can go into almost every business in the state .... but here they are still acting like it's lockdown day one, no one allowed in the building! This wouldn't be a huge deal if they actually managed it well but it's pure foolishness. What clinic in America tells you to call back at 9 am tomorrow and if you are lucky enough you can get one of their same day appointment... read more

Extremely disappointed in this place. We've been going here for years and their covid set up just ain't doing it. The "call until someone picks up" mentality is awful for check in. They need to hire more receptionists to help with the phone calls if they are going to do this.

Took my cat here to get there teeth cleaned here, had to get there blood drawn and they somehow left the wrap around her foot and it was suffocating her foot for a day and a half because she was acting weird and I didn't see it and her foot was 3x the size of her other paw. Well went threw with the teeth cleaning and they got a lot of teeth pulled. One of them got 10 and the other 7 & they only gave them a shot for 3 days of pain and sent me home with no antibiotics or anything. My cat sounded weird that day when I brought h... read more

Oh wow. I made an appt but still had to wait over an hour before my pet was seen. Not sure why the appt was even necessary then.

I've dropped my dog off this morning at 0930, and still no updates (it's currently 1:38). I've called the clinic multiple times within the past two hours and nobody ever seems to pick up. The answering machine asks us to call but nobody ever picks up!!!! It even stated the voicemail is not checked regularly, so how am I supposed to reach anybody with questions or concerns?? The lack of communication and accessibility is very frustrating and unprofessional.

First time here. We walked in and first impression was nice friendly and clean. Now what I didn't like was that all procedure are being done away from you (shots are given somewhere else away from the room your first walked into to meet the Dr.). So all they do In that room is y'all about what's wrong with your pet weight and temperature and then off they go to who knows where to give them their shots!
