I have a reactive German shepherd. The kind that needs to be sedated when he visits the vet. Dr Yang and his team are excellent help and also caring and compassionate. I give them the heads up that Bubbajack has anxiety at his visits. They work with me to help him get what he needs to be seen. We had an excellent experience! Everyone was kind, caring and respectful! The vet clearly explained our options and respected our choices! We will definitely keep them as our family vet!
We took our kitty to this place and are extremely happy with results. The doctor was simply AWESOME. She is knowledgeable, she explained the problem very well, and she resolved the issue with finesse providing great relive to our cat. I highly recommend this place and want to say thank you to people who are working there.
Wonderful place to bring my dog to. I came here for an international pet health certificate and Dr. Aguirre was so nice and wonderful. I will definitely go here for all other veterinary appointments for my dog. The staff and doctor are really nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.
My poor old girl was ready to be at peace, so I called around Covington, Kent, and Maple Valley trying to find someone that would be able to put her to rest. This was the 4th place I called because all were either booked for weeks/months or not accepting new patients. They got me in the next day and were very caring and kind. I literally can not say enough good things about this clinic. the vets are amazing, take wonderful care of all of my animals and I have never had any complications from a surgery before, during or after to worry about, which has been such a relief after previous experiences at other vets. . Our experience was very good. With COVID-19 precautions we were able to make an appointment time to drive up and they got to us at the time we set. The care was excellent, explanation of treatment was thorough, price was reasonable too. They actually were done quicker than the originally estimated time to see our dog. An all around pleasant experience.
