I chose to stop by during their walk in time window after talking to the front desk earlier in the day. They were very friendly and informative. I left with a clear plan on how to move forward in getting my little guy all fixed up. He had an abscessed tooth that was causing a large puss bump under his eye.
We took our 15yr old chihuahua Chewy in when he wasn't feeling his best. The Dr. was kind and fixed him right up. He feels a lot better and is recovering more each day. Overall, we had a great experience and feel satisfied our pup received great care.
My experience at this veterinary hospital with every appointment has been a very positive and thorough procedure. I feel that this veterinary clinics employees are all very compassionate helpful and understanding. They do all that they can to make sure your pet is calm and comfortable as they are looking in every way to problem solve the situation. So the reason for the visit has been very satisfying. End of life consultation for my pet of almost 20 years. I appreciated they laid out a blanket for her and laid out all the options transparently and honestly. It’s a tough conversation to have but I appreciate all the staffs kindness in that moment.
Been here a handful of times, and each time I’ve waited 30+ minutes. Very frustrating having to go there and sit around with no updates. Today was the last straw and I got up and left without my dog being seen. Also frustrating as I get continuous mail from them to get annual check ups and the moment I go I’m wasting my time sitting there.
