Dr. Jeff and assistant Brooke did an excellent job. I successfully had a root canal done and was pain-free throughout the experience and felt they offered genuine, helpful communication, and we thorough on filling me in on the process. I would absolutely return if I had to come back for another operation.
Five stars plus more! I never expected the type of expertise and efficiency I was treated with today. Dr. Dzingle and his assistant Karen worked amazingly well in tandem together! They were informational, compassionate, professional, and fun. They anticipated my needs at every turn and delivered their services like a gift I didn’t know I needed! Thank you both so much for the best root canal experience I’ll ever have. Keep up the great work!
One of the front desk ladies were extremely nice but I went in 13 minutes prior to my apt found out they don’t take tap to pay, came back 6 minutes after my appointment had already started with a way to pay & they said they can’t get me in, nobody else in the lobby. I was supposed to get my front 2 teeth crowned in 5 days, and now I am not able to because they couldn’t take me in 6 minutes after my appointment. Kind of a ridiculous thing honestly.
The support staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Dzingle was excellent!! He explained his testing process for my tooth and performed a root canal procedure painlessly and with great precision. He took time afterwards to show me the x-ray and explain what he had done. Highly recommend for difficult dental work!
Had a positive experience with Dr. Dzingle and his staff at the Ludington office. They made me comfortable (even gave me a small pillow to squeeze while getting the numbing shots, cause I forgot my fidget ball), and explained throughout the procedure what they were doing. The worst part about the procedure was getting the numbing shots, as the Dr. Stated. But who would want that done without being numbed.
