Five stars plus more! I never expected the type of expertise and efficiency I was treated with today. Dr. Dzingle and his assistant Karen worked amazingly well in tandem together! They were informational, compassionate, professional, and fun. They anticipated my needs at every turn and delivered their services like a gift I didn’t know I needed! Thank you both so much for the best root canal experience I’ll ever have. Keep up the great work!
My 15 year old had to have a root canal, she was so nervous (in tears) and Dr. Dzingle and his assistant did everything to make her comfortable. His assistant was so sweet and very knowledgeable. They took extra care and time to make sure she was completely numb and experienced no pain. It was actually very impressive to watch them work, the Dr was fast and very precise, while occasionally checking to make sure my daughter was still doing good. Well, what a pleasurable experience that was getting a root canal at the lake Michigan Endodontics From the check-in staff to the nurse assistant Alexandra, and then the rockstar performance of dentist, jeff It was awesome experience and I got a shiny new AI-T (Artificial intelligence tooth) to show to the world even though it’s my L back Nine that no one will ever see it sure feels good to be able to chew again. Unfortunately a root canal is the last thing I wanted to deal with, but dr dzingle and his staff made it an easy, and honestly enjoyable experience! The procedure was quick, I was so comfortable and felt very taken care of! I Would recommend this office to anyone! 10/10
