Great office, had to have a front crown replaced. Made an appointment late one day got in the next. Dr. Coughlin and staff were very friendly and accommodating to my situation. She listened and provided the best options for me. The office had all the latest equipment my time in the chair was short. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
I’ve decided to wait an entire year to submit a review. Dr Patel has been attentive during my visits. The hygienist is also attentive and goes into details about cleaning. I will say, my experience has been great. I haven’t had any issues with my teeth so far. In addition, you can text the office any time especially when you’re busy at work. I schedule my appointments or ask questions via text. I referred my immediate family to this location.
The dentist drilled my tooth way too hard and now I have nearly constant tooth pain. And I also have a very sharp edge on that side. Every time I eat and hit it I really have a sharp pain in my mouth. It has gotten worse over time. I will have to seek a new dentist. I do not recommend them due to the intense pain from an excessive drill. I had no problem with that tooth before. The staff are a little standoffish. There is a nice refrigerator fully stocked with water.
My family and I absolutely love the staff at Lake Nona Dental! Our hygienist Jammy is absolutely amazing! He has helped me from day one get over my fear of dental care. Now I can’t wait to go! Both Dr Coughlin and Dr Patel are so very nice and caring. I can’t forget to mention the lovely front staff! They are so very caring and will go above and beyond to help assist with questions or concerns. Thank you all for everything you do! We are so happy to have found you all! ❤️
I highly recommend this dental office. Very nice and clean and friendly on time their appointments. Thumbs up to Nicole she's very thorough, knowledge and gentle. I have always anxiety going to a dentist but with Nicole she made me comfortable... Dr. Patel also very nice.
