I've been a resident at Lakeshore Apartments for about 2 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been plagued by persistent issues. The most significant problem is the overwhelming infestation of roaches and other insects in my unit. Despite repeatedly purchasing pest control products, the issue persists. The real issue is the tenants in the building. The constant noise, banging, jumping, stomping, music blasting daily has been a huge issue since moving in. It starts as early as 6-7am and is continuous throughout the day going on as late as midnight. The lack of sleep and being unable to effectively work from home is unacceptable. The laundry room is always dirty. The main garbage bin was removed and replaced with a mini garbage bin. As per management they removed the garbage bin because tenants were putting non-laundry garbage in the garbage. Management only cleans the laundry room and empty the mini garbage can every 4-8weeks. Washer and dryer has been broken for almost 6 months now and they still have not been fixed or replaced. Same for the staircase, those areas are only cleaned and vacuumed every 2-3months. I have lived at these Apartments around 15. To 16 years once Eagle took over. Everything has improved. All the employees are very nice. And Polite . You call the office for an emergency, it's resolved in a timely manor. They listen to your issues and any problems you may have . all the employees ( Megan . Dave , Ryan) and others are Doing a great job. The maintenance crew also very good at what they do. I've had no problems with them. The outside is kept nice lawns, always mowed. We have lived here since before Eagle Rock took over and in all honesty, we feel things have improved overall since the new management came on site. Is everything perfect? Of course not. Do you always get every single request fulfilled 2 seconds after you ask for it? Absolutely not. This is reality, and we're not the only ones calling with issues.
