We had three estimates on our door and window project. Although the Lake Washington bid was not the lowest - we were convinced that that the people were the most knowledgeable and would make sure the project was done right. As it happened the work was done on a Saturday and the work was done to our satisfaction by skilled people. We did need a slight adjustment to the doors - they followed up and it was completed within a week. All around good job

Jim was thorough, professional and very timely during the planning phase of our whole-house window replacement project. The install team was awesome. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional and I'm glad he was leading the install team. We LOVE our new windows and are very happy with Lake Washington...

I was very impressed with the insight and ideas that Eric and Adrian came up with to improve our experience with windows and Doors. It feels like a new house. Best was, that change requests initiated by me during the installation were handled fantastic. These guys went above and beyond to "get it right"....

the work was done and finished in one day!, the guys were totally professional. The windows look great and the area was left squeaky clean.
