I was pleased with service today. Ran out of propane over the weekend. KC did a pressure regulator test. Found some leaks, did a wonderful job fixing leak problem. Leslie was a big help getting a quick appointment set up. Highly recommend this company Lakeland petroleum in Grove Oklahoma. Thanks everyone ☺️
This was my first time to use them. They stayed in touch to keep me informed of summer pricing. We had a leak test done and they found leak. They got me right back in the schedule after getting that fixed. KC was amazing and had great communication. The office manager Leslie was very sweet and helpful and always easy to get ahold of. Best of all it was the absolute BEST pricing around!!! Will continue to use them for all my propane needs and will definitely refer to friends and family. Thank you for great service!!!
A BIG thank you to KC for helping us out and getting us file and heat back on after being out for almost two weeks. We are extremely thankful for all of his guidance and patience with us. Thank you so much we greatly appreciate your service.
KC and Lesley went above and beyond for us on our new construction job. Set a new tank, leak tested and filled the tank. Even during this busy time of year, they made us feel like a priority! Amazing customer service and just great people all around! Do not hesitate to call them for any of your propane needs!
I'm a new customer to Lakeland and have never had to deal with getting propane filled. Had no clue what size the tank was or anything about it. KC was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained everything I needed to know for future. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. Highly recommend if you need propane, give KC at Lakeland a call....he will take care of you!!!
