Lakeridge Square Apartments is a great place to live! It is quiet and peaceful setting in a convenient location. I moved in this past August. I had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, but the maintenance team and office staff were quick to resolve the issues. I enjoy being a part of this community!

Melissa was so helpful and kind in us being able to rent our apartment. Great leasing experience. Maintenance came right out and fixed issues right away. Complex is nice, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this community.

I Am A Resident Of This Complex Been Here For 17 Years. Haley The Manager Is Wonderful And Melissa Is Also Wonderful. They Go Above There Needs To Help You With Any Problem You May Have. There Kind And Very Considerate. Maintenance Is Always On The Ball. Grounds Are Awesome And Our New Clubhouse And Gym Is Outstanding. Anyone That Moves In Here I Highly Recommend Lakeridge Square. Close To All The Stores And Shopping.I Am Very Happy Here.

Great Place to Live! The staff is friendly professional! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in Hanover! Beautiful pool and wonderful park like grounds!

Staff is amazing! Live on the first floor so some noise is expected, but overall, neighborhood is quiet. Convenient location. Great price for all that you get space and amenities-wise.

Haley the office manager is better then Katie who never did anything so Haley being better isn't saying much. Had a water leak soaked bathroom laundry room and into carpet in the bedroom. People above us denied them entry Haley didn't push it even though it was clearly an emergency didn't find out the people overflowed their washer till Monday. This a horrible place. The rent is too high for what is offered and for that area. I have heard from other tenants that they don't do any cleaning in the entry ways. I went to look and they are right. The office staff was not very nice at all. I think her name was Kate, she has a horrible attitude. Don't even bother going there unless it is your last resort.
