Terrible terrible terrible customer service we called on a Monday completely out of gas couldn't cook couldn't take a hot shower they told us they would be here Tuesday so I took the day off work they never showed up and when we called them they said it was going to be Friday now and if we wanted to be early was going to be an extra $100. We live 7 miles away from the Waterville headquarters 7 miles
Good people that always fill me in on how the prices are. They usually say it will be a few days to fill your tank and show up in a couple. So far so good.
Every time I go here they never have anyone to fill tanks it takes 2 days to get a tank filled one to drop off one to pick up and the lady behind the desk is extremely RUDE
