They are good about coming out when you need gas I've never had any issues with them. There customer service is always been great to work with. They usely come out with in a four days. 1-21-20 Thanks for coming out so quickly we can always count on someone coming out within a few days. Here's a picture of of him here today.
We recently decided to change propane carriers and move our residential account to Lakes Gas Crivitz WI. Customer service reps were courteous and knowledgeable. Within a week of our initial call our new tank was in place. Jason delivered the tank on time, completed safety inspections, and insured the new tank was set up and ready to go. The entire process was seamless. Very glad we chose Lakes Gas.
Started with Lakes in October and they have been great so far - good communication, quick service (initial and refills), and wireless monitoring is a bonus. Would highly recommend!
We move here 2 1/2 years ago and even though we wanted the tanks filled and continue service with Lanes gas they charged $75 for a leak inspection! I ran my shop tank out of gas so now they want $75 to leak test that tank! We are done with them in spring.
A lakes Gas company is typical commerce and state regulation aware family business in spite of Federal laws that get swept under the rug, as with many many states in the USA. If you have complex needs the whole region in general is probably not set up in county services you help. Nearby competition if services or container deals can not cover all the territory so price or alternate sources are like if you can burn wood then it's a good backup long term plan. Dont sell them short in other words.
