Lakes Gas - Hager City has probably been one of the best companies to do business with since I purchased my home in Dec. 2023. Their crew is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to provide great service. Casey has handled every question, concern or confusion I've had with patience and kindness, and I don't think I could ever switch from another propane provider. Lakes Gas is a perfect example of small town service. When you call or stop at the office you get a friendly (and knowledgeable) answer. We have the auto-fill option and never have to worry about running out of propane. Great customer service from the office to the delivery driver!
I have really enjoyed working with Lake Gas: I call and I get a person to talk to (Chris, she is fantastic!!!) and not some list of various departments, they have been super helpful with me figuring out my pre buy each year, Also, they are responsive when it comes to getting my tank filled. Really appreciate them!
We've been a customer of Lakes Gas for 14 years, and they have wonderful customer service. Chris in the office is always very friendly and helpful, and the people that deliver and service our equipment are also awesome. They are careful about our landscaping, as well. And now...they have an awesome new website. I highly recommend Lakes Gas!
