John the delivery man goes out of the way to not only provide quality customer service but John genuinely cares about helping people. Mercedes also went above and beyond literally the best customer experience through any company that I have had services through these people are seriously amazing not only at their job but the very core that makes a person who they are thank you both

I had John Hill deliver a new tank. He had to transfer gas from the old to the new and relocate the new tank. He and his partner did an excellent job. Very polite and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that's wants reliable and prompt service. Thank you so much for your great service.

Thank you so much John for your hard work. Scheduled an appointment to have our tank moved, forgot I had an appointment already that day and rescheduled til later in the day and they accommodated, he worked hard to get it done even though it was late. He's always polite when he comes out, and helps us understand why things are sometimes done the way they are. Always good service with Lakes, and we always trust when John comes out, we're in good hands! Thanks again!

I just want to recognize two amazing Medford Branch of Lakes Gas employees ~ Mercedes and John. Mercedes is steady, reliable, and always professional. She handles everything with such care and excellence, yet I don’t think she gets the praise she truly deserves. Every interaction with her makes me feel confident I’m in good hands. We transferred our account to Lakes Gas recently. John Hill and Chuck were fantastic! They set the new tank and were very particular about the work that was being done. They both went above and beyond to help us with a very smooth transfer from Medford Co-op. We contacted Lakes Gas and within two hours they were here to deliver the new tank! Lakes Gas introductory price for LP was twenty cents cheaper than any where else. Lakes Gas has excellent customer service. We highly recommend them!
