My second year with Lakes Gas. I have found the office staff polite, experienced and egar to please. Deliveries are quick and professional. Delivery tickets instant and accurate via email. In my situation I find the remote tank monitoring very useful. Very fair pricing with professional contract policies. All of the above works for me, and is much appreciated.
Lakes Gas continues to impress me with their service. We have been a customer for more than 20 yrs. Called just after 8am with concern about propane smell by outside regulator. Within 15 min of the call a tech stopped to identify the problem. Within 2 hrs 2 repairs were made & all pilot lights reset. Great customer service from call to finish! Highly recommend!
Lakes Gas bought out the gas company we were using and that concerned us, not knowing what to expect. We are abundantly pleased with their service. The office personal is courteous, pleasant and helpful to any questions. They deliver gas automatically to 3 different places on our property at different times, and we never have to be concerned about running out. Their prices are feasible and they don't take advantage of their clients. We are very satisfied with the service we receive from Lakes Gas.
I’ve been a customer of Lakes Gas for 30+ years. It has been a pleasure using their service. I have never had to call for gas. The auto refill is always timed perfectly. When contacting them with any question, they are very pleasant and efficient.
