We have been with Lakes Gas for many years ever since Cash Gas was sold to them. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness I've received from all the staff at Lakes Gas. My delivery drivers/ engineers are always very friendly, prompt. They even delivered propane to us on a very cold, sub-zero day when we had forgotten to check our guage and were without heat. A great experience all around. Actual person answering calls and prompt service when I stopped in. Needed a propane tank re-certified as nobody in Brainerd offers this service. 10minutes tops and out the door with a filled tank that will be good for 5 more years.

Got our propane tank filled to 50%\250 gallons. In 5 warm weeks it went to empty, it had a leak on one of the valves on the LEASDED tank. Because the valve was only turned to half way when filled last. Offered a joke of a 25 gallon credit! And blamed us saying we tampered with the valve! Yeah because that how we like to waste $300!
Horrible service at their counters and their bill goes up every damn time
