My wife just went to refill our 20 pound propane tank. This place charges you a flat rate of $20 no matter how much is it still left in your tank so if you’ve got 3 pounds left in there too bad you’re paying for a full tank. Not honest they’re overcharging. They say they don’t have time to weigh the tank or the staffing to weigh. Give me a break last time going here.
Poor. Took weeks to deliver tank, called to ask finally. Somehow their cost of propane is $2.20 plus truck delivery fee of $8.99 this is in January 2026. When asked why their costs is $2.20 compared to several others at $1.40 in area, was given numerous excuses from gas shortage, supplying to others, different program, etc by Kathy in Wausau. None of it made sense. Robbery. Shop local.
No one there to fill tanks at 230 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Said the driver left 20 minutes ago and would be back Tuesday. What the heck.
