Great customer service from Janelle at the Watertown location!! Fast and reliable! Dalton is one heck of a worker and a Great guy!! That fella deserves a raise!!! 7:45PM and he’s working hard getting this trench done!!!
Lakes Gas in Watertown has been a very reliable partner for my household propane needs. I especially like working with Janelle G. She is responsive, honest and pleasant to deal with every time I need something. Thanks Lakes and especially thank you Janelle!!
At least 2 or 3 times now they have overfilled over tank beyond our requested amount; I understand if this fluctuates a bit but a couple times it has been over $200+ dollars. Called to ask about it once and they said they'd do better yet had a recent delivery go from a roughly $500 order request to an $800 charge.
We did not renew our contract with Lakes Gas this year. I let them know that we decided to go with another company and they could pick up their tank and refund us the money left on our account. They charged a "cancellation" fee (which was over $100). We didn't cancel our contract though. Contract was up, we didn't sign a new one. Do not recommend at all.
ALL wonderful, friendly people all the time! They were all so helpful getting us hooked up for the first time. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process. We really appreciate you!
