I have been using Lakes Gas-Watertown for many years now and just have to say that their customer service is definitely 5 star! I will always remember how genuinely helpful Janelle was during an extremely difficult time for me 2 years ago. I lost my husband and love of my life suddenly due to a barn accident and had to sell our horse ranch after all the horses passed. We did not renew our contract with Lakes Gas this year. I let them know that we decided to go with another company and they could pick up their tank and refund us the money left on our account. They charged a "cancellation" fee (which was over $100). We didn't cancel our contract though. Contract was up, we didn't sign a new one. Do not recommend at all.
