I have been using Lakes Gas-Watertown for many years now and just have to say that their customer service is definitely 5 star! I will always remember how genuinely helpful Janelle was during an extremely difficult time for me 2 years ago. I lost my husband and love of my life suddenly due to a barn accident and had to sell our horse ranch after all the horses passed. They Over charge and under deliver. Manager makes excuses to keep your money and overcharge. He spoke to my wife in a demeaning manner. Five stars for office receptionist Janelle.

Unfortunately we have to deal with this company, for now. Incompetent...causing expensive mistakes. And no customer service. Look elsewhere. I will be too, soon.
