We did not renew our contract with Lakes Gas this year. I let them know that we decided to go with another company and they could pick up their tank and refund us the money left on our account. They charged a "cancellation" fee (which was over $100). We didn't cancel our contract though. Contract was up, we didn't sign a new one. Do not recommend at all.
At least 2 or 3 times now they have overfilled over tank beyond our requested amount; I understand if this fluctuates a bit but a couple times it has been over $200+ dollars. Called to ask about it once and they said they'd do better yet had a recent delivery go from a roughly $500 order request to an $800 charge.
ALL wonderful, friendly people all the time! They were all so helpful getting us hooked up for the first time. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process. We really appreciate you!
Great supplier. They are always on top of our service. We do the annual Prepay and love it.
My experience was great with everyone. Janelle was so easy to work with!
