We were on a keep fill program and monthly budget plan. Have over $800 positive in our account. We ran out of gas on Feb 5th. They said they could get to us between 2:30pm & 3:30pm, when I called at noon. I called Meyer Oil in Reedsburg, they had a tank set and furnace running by 3:45. The last delivery was 12/15/2022 and they only filled our tank to 48%. Asked them how to prevent this from Happening. They replied, you could check it monthly.
The people we dealt with from this company are thieves! The propane tank was filled at a price of over $2.00 per gallon. When we inquired about the tank being removed from the property and if we would be reimbursed for the product that had been previously paid for, we were told yes. We decided to have the tank removed and were upset that not only did they damage our property taking out the tank and made no attempt to repair the damage then to add insult to injury after many phone calls, we have received no money which means ... read more

I have never dealt with this company until now and they are terrible!! I’ve been in my house now for over 2 years and all of a sudden they trespassed onto my yard and put a lock on my propane tank?!?! When the people that have been coming since I bought the house came to fill my tank they told me about the lock!! Who the hell do you people think you are to lock out my propane tank while it’s cold and I have kids!!! You guys can go to hell!!
