Tried 4 times to get 20 lb tanks filled Told me I get charged full amount regardless of how much is in tank. I want my tanks topped off so I know I have enough while sitting in my hunting shacks….but no one was ever there to fill them anyways
Kurt is absolutely the best. I didn’t watch my tank & ran out of propane, and it’s been cold. I did not sign up on time (my bad), but he was so kind and got me on the delivery. And he called and told me that I had been filled. Who does that? Service above & beyond. Thank you!
Nicole is a wonderful person to work with. She has been very helpful in the pre-buy. Lakes Gas is also very easy to work with and never any issues!
District manager Damon was very disrespectful and condescending while talking to us about filling our LP tank, after speaking to someone telling us it was all good to go, Mr. Damon swore up and down that conversation between us and an employee that was nice and said everything was fine and good to go, was a false conversation or that I was lying about the conversation all the together.
