Kurt is absolutely the best. I didn’t watch my tank & ran out of propane, and it’s been cold. I did not sign up on time (my bad), but he was so kind and got me on the delivery. And he called and told me that I had been filled. Who does that? Service above & beyond. Thank you!
Nicole is a wonderful person to work with. She has been very helpful in the pre-buy. Lakes Gas is also very easy to work with and never any issues!
District manager Damon was very disrespectful and condescending while talking to us about filling our LP tank, after speaking to someone telling us it was all good to go, Mr. Damon swore up and down that conversation between us and an employee that was nice and said everything was fine and good to go, was a false conversation or that I was lying about the conversation all the together. My husband and I have been customers of Lakes Gas for over 15 years. The last few years we have been extremely upset, we check our tank often, and use much less propane than we used to with kids in the house. They kept increasing our budget, and a few times they came out they couldn’t give us a read out how much they put in, it was apparently not working on the truck, after several billing mistakes etc we decided to change company s. No, I don’t. They were $1.25 more gallon than anybody else when I asked why so much they said it’s because I didn’t have a contract locked it. I have since removed their tank and then they have yet to come and get it. I am going to start charging them rent soon for the space.
