Very disappointed in the rude way I was treated because my tank ran out of gas. I am disabled and cannot always get to the tank. I have repeatedly asked for solutions to this with no solution. We do utilize ES and were asked literally if we had considered making a payment outside of that. Well duh, why didn't I think of that? Oh, because obviously if I could do that I would. Janeane at the Waukesha office has treated me extremely poorly on several occasions, but today took the cake. I explained that I had called last Friday as we discovered our tank had emptied in a short two months. Not our first time with this issue, but they assure us there is no leak. When asked to send a refill last Friday they indicated they would schedule it asap once receiving confirmation from ES that a payment was coming.
