HORRIBLE customer service with a customer blame attitude. Beware if you rent your property and don't like the monthly payment plan Jeneane tries to sell you to earn a commission. If you don't take it you become enemy number 1 and if the drivers don't want to call on your home in the evening on emergency call, they will bait and switch information to make you think if you wait until the next day and charge $350 and only fill you 40%. Love this company! Always willing to give me a competitive price. The men that drive the truck never ruin my property, even though my tank is in a difficult place. I was worried about that when switching from Ferrell gas to Lakes Gas. Ferrell gas never gave me courtesy call, and always gave me unnecessary fees. I purchased gas from Lakes Gas for many years. I used it to fuel a gas fireplace. I had some trouble getting the fireplace to light last year and needed it serviced so was not burning much gas. I looked out my window and noticed the Lakes Gas truck in the driveway. They told me they were taking the tank because i wasn't using enough gas. They have a quota I guess which they never told me about. I explained to them a repair was happening with the fireplace and they agreed to leave the tank if I started using more gas. The gas was always delivered promptly when called but the girl in the office named jeneene is rude and sarcastic. I've used their service for 7 years and she has never been nice no matter when i called. Tired of dealing with attitude when i pay for a service! Never recommend unless she is gone!!!!!
