Rebecca, who works in the office, is awesome. Very knowledgeable. So nice and so professional listens to what the needs are Great customer service and Mike, who comes and fills the tanks is also awesome. Very respectful, very nice, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone
Rebecca was beyond exceptional; her attention to customer retention is top notch. She reached out to her manager Will; returned a call with courtesy and professionalism that secured a long time customer. Been with Lakes Gas since mid 90’s when house was built and am pleased I reached out and spoke with Rebecca - truly a testament to excellent customer service.
Customer service from Stevens Point crew was top notch. Rebecca, in the office, was knowledgeable and always beyond courteous and friendly. Jon, who did our installation was professional and efficient, while also being personable and pleasant to work with. Their personal touches and professional standards were much appreciated.
Stopped in Friday morning because I saw their sign in the window for $10 propane refills, which is a good deal. To top that off, was greeted by Rebecca at the front counter. Small Business Owners: Stop in to see how friendly customer service should be done. I haven’t (unfortunately) come across someone like Rebecca in years. She’s phenomenal, and truthfully, she made my day with her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. Keep up the awesome work Lakes Gas! 😊
The folks at Lakes gas are fantastic. Good prices and fantastic customer service. If you're lucky you might even meet the resident duckling! I had an awesome experience and will be back regularly for all my propane needs!
