Great service all around. Bought a home on whitefish lake in March of 2023, tank needed painting, after I called tank was painted in the summer months ( looks new). Called for propane delivery this Jan. Of 2024 and truck was out within 3 hours to fill. Had Louie the service tech dig a trench for an existing propane line in the summer also. Made a recent request to have our 29 year old propane tank replaced as it had lost all its original color and looked terrible. We rent our tank and told that Lakes would send someone out to paint and make the tank look new. Work order put in and Chris was out about a week later and our tank looks brand new. Awesome!!!
I've had nothing but issues with this place since I moved up to this area and started using Lakes because the tank was already on the property. Last heating season I BOUGHT around $7,000 in propane, this season I can't get them to even schedule a delivery until I go in and pay a 2 week old invoice of $400. I live LESS THAN A MILE from their building and they charge me $75-150 if I use more propane than expected and need to BUY MORE but don't give them 5 days notice. Thankful for drivers that keep us in fuel, but when policies changed and try were adding additional cost for using their tanks, we switched companies. These tanks are empty and sitting by our drive way waiting to be picked up now for several weeks Maybe we should charge them the same amount
