The are screws and metal all after the storm last month and nobody seems to clean up. It’s a matter of time before people get flat tires.
Customer service not accommodating. The lady told me there was no facility on-site. You can see there is a photo of the facility. The staff works remotely and unable to help. Here’s an idea put a digital key code like all other doors on property to track who is using the restroom.
Had zero issues with Lakestone. Easy access, space is nice, and team is super responsive if there are any issues. Been using a unit since 2020, and unless I move somewhere else in WI, I plan on keeping this unit.
Lakestone and Brooke were extremely accommodating! We needed storage in a hurry and she made it happen in 10 minutes! The facility is extremely secure, very clean, well lit and conveniently located. Best experience ever with a storage facility! I HIGHLY recommend Lakestone Storage.
We rented from Lakestone for almost two years. Had three different units in that time frame. The owners are very professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. The prices are great too. We will definitely rent again if we need storage solutions in the future!
