I was supposed to be getting assistance. But was over charged $8000 in rent for 2023 and 2024. They agreed to pay mt back for 2024. But told me to hire an attorney if I wanted the money back for 2023! They lied to HUD saying they have no paperwork, etc. All I can say is if you rent from them. You better make sure you don't get ripped off.
The maintenance people mowed and threw grass and dirt all over the car I just had detailed that was parked on the property next door.
Ive lived here 3 yrs. The management change over has been like once a year. Its hard for them to keep maintenance help. Which lags in getting things done! Neighbors talk about each other. But if you mind your own business, then you're good...lol That being said, I love my townhouse and the area.
Normally quiet. It's like every other apts to Hough you have the busy body's that have to tell everything they see even if they have no clue what is really going on. If people would mind there own business it would be a 5 star apts
