Very satisfied! Got my brakes done, dropped the car off at 8:30 am and picked up at the end of the day. Germin is the best, they also gave me recommendations free of charge of things to do in the future. Customer Service Sasha at the front desk 2 thumbs up, very profesional and informative. Also I waited a lil bit in the am at drop off and the fragrance in there is unbelievable wow I didn't want to leave. Highly recommended
As a first time customer, I had a wonderful experience. Service was quick and the owner & receptionist made the process seamless. I called with very short notice, needing my car serviced and had a short window of time to get it done and they were very accommodating. I've since recommended this mechanic to a few of my peers. I will definitely return!
Took my Malibu there for an alignment. They are straight forward with their pricing and have clarified that they do in fact charge a fee if alignment couldn't be done if suspension is off. I had previous work done on the suspension so all I needed was a alignment since it tracked right and steering was off center. They weren't busy so I passed by. I had an amazing experience at this shop! They fixed my engine light issue and gave me a brand-new inspection sticker with no problems. My car is driving so much better now, and I’m truly happy with the service I received. Super grateful for their professionalism and fast work, I definitely recommend them!
The worst shop. I had my tires changed at COSTCO and this shop was recommended by them. First of all, the owner is rude and even lazy to respond. I sent my truck there for alignment with brand new tires and an issue of the truck not driving straight after the tire change. I had done all new control arm bushings and shocks and everything and this guy calls me saying I need new brake calipers and hoses and new control arms because one camber bolt was "seized".
