Hard to find a good mechanic these days. (trust issues) But this shop is amazing. When other mechanics couldn't do the job, or asked for exorbitant prices, the people at Lakeview Auto Corp fixed my S-Class easily with a fair price compared to others I went to. I was also missing a wheel lock for the car but the mechanic made it work! He didn't tell me to go to mercedes to get it fixed like the others. He solved the problem without an issue. They do not honor the Costco discounts as advertised on the website. I made an appointment via repairpal for a weekend appt. Received no call or anything so I assumed it was okay with my European car to do brakes and an oil change. I came to the appt early and checked in with the front desk person. She tells me that they don’t do European cars on the weekend and I would have to come on a weekday which I can’t. She then tells me that it would be $1000+ for labor even if I supplied parts. I had an amazing experience at this shop! They fixed my engine light issue and gave me a brand-new inspection sticker with no problems. My car is driving so much better now, and I’m truly happy with the service I received. Super grateful for their professionalism and fast work, I definitely recommend them!
Absolutely terrible experience, It takes a lot for me to give a negative review I do not like to bad mouth any business but this was ridiculous. I go in to get a simple oil change. I let the receptionist know I have the oil and filter I am told ok hand over my keys and we get started. My car is a manual, I inform the receptionist once she asks to confirm and one of the mechanics takes over. He stalls, and stalls and stalls.
