The owner only knows how to apologize, he doesn't know how to fix the problem why even bother to have a business.. My daughter had an electrical problem we trying getting in touch with owner, his front desk employee is very unprofessional doesn't keep up with the work she has at hand. I had such a good experience here! They treated me with respect, gave me a fair price, and didn’t try to upsell anything. It’s hard to find honest mechanics like this nowadays.

Was quoted 120 on the phone, they asked for 260 after, ripping people off, They where supposed to change tires and broke the spoiler instead Also broke my car and didnt take responsibility, once i said i will call the police for this damage they closed the shop and ran away, the manger kept hiding, they dont take responsibility for their actions and overcharge and many hidden fees,

$280 for a steel rim and $115 for a valve stem (no sensor) plus labor is insulting. I called another shop and got quoted $50 for the same rim and $15 for the valve stem. I’m young not dumb.

They are honest and hard working. I always trust their diagnosis. Genesis is really friendly and helpful in front desk. Explaining breaking down what's needs to be done and the cost. And mechanic Germin is very knowledgeable about his job and tells as it is. Don't sugar coat but doesn't rip you off either. I've been their customer more than 5 years.
