My phone call with them recently was okay!! The representative was very professional and courteous. My overall experience with Lakeview has not been the greatest. I have had to make to many phone calls to follow-up on various issues.

NOT what I signed up for. One out of 6 cards in the program. Their fees are more than payments to the debt I signed up for. I have been in the program almost a year, one of the selling points was that my credit report would only drop a few points for a few months and the report wouldn't show that my cards were "signed off" by the cc companies. Im sad to say that due to a miscommunication I missed the opportunity to negotiate a debt settlement. As the result my case will be going to court. The loan company was changing over their system therefore there was a set deadline that needed to be met. These negotiations have now been halted pending the court findings and the availability of the new system.
