Pretty much everything went smooth. Very good communication throughout the term of the program. So glad to finally have the debt repaid.

I have no regrets. Been going through this process for a while now. At first it did ruin my credit, BUT....I was told this beforehand. My credit rate has continued to rise since the start and whenever I call, their representatives are ready to help in any way to answer questions I have and are extremely knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service, very professional and respectful, and the lady that answered the phone on my last call on May 8, 2024 I cant remember her name. She was very very nice. Excellent the call was around 2:40 PM Chicago time thank you.
2/16/2024 I only started this process 3 months ago. I must say that I am quite satisfied with the debt negotiation on the accounts.The portal is AWFUL and very difficult to track the spending. This initially caused some fear and regret. However, after I spoke with one of the representatives today, she was able to explain everything. She was extremely knowledge and very patient.
