He quickly diagnosed the issue with my Hvac system and had it up and running in no time. What really stood out was their honesty! No upselling or unnecessary repairs, just straightforward service and fair pricing. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers! Entering into year one of having this company as my Heating and A/C service provider and I must say I am impressed after the past two encounters. We recently had our full AC unit go out, we first went to another company that was a little closer but was priced $2000 more than we ended up paying with Lamar, as well as not feeling confident in their knowledge. We are so glad we went with the team at Lamar. They were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They knew what they were doing and we were really impressed by their warranty plans. We highly reccomend them to anyone now and would never think about calling another company in the future!
Great working with their team. Really honest and straightforward. I needed 1 specific thing and they gave me just that, no pressure for anything else. Job done on time and great experience w/ the tech on my property in addition to my experience with the owner and with dispatch this morning. Definitely recommend.
A few weeks ago Derek and Hieu came out for a routine service call, But found some issues we weren’t aware of. ( coil leakage, little to no insulation,and we knew our unit was old). Dustin came out a bit later to go over everything with us . He is very courteous and professional. We had our whole A/C unit replaced plus new insulation in the attic. Dallas and crew did a Great job. They laid tarps down on the floors and cleaned up after. Our new A/C is very quiet and is working Great. We recommend you use Lamar heat and air.... read more
