Kasey Leatherwood at the Northlake office is amazing! He’s always so helpful whenever I have any issues and he’s became one of my good friends. His customer service is top tier, and I always love stopping by the bank because of him. I’d highly recommend the Northlake office!
I've been really impressed with Lamar National Bank. The team is welcoming and supportive. We just opened an additional account for my teen, and they were patient with her. I also appreciate how quickly they handle transactions and address any concerns. I highly recommend this bank for customer service and dependability.
I don't do a lot of reviews & certainly none for a bank but had to take the time to do this one! If you're looking for a home town bank with AAA+ service, this is certainly the place. THEY DO BANKING RIGHT and I have been around long enough to know the difference between the good ones and the ones that treat you like you're just a number. I opened an account several years ago (several) and hoped I’d have the small bank experience. The bank had: Terrible opening hours No weekends Short customer service hours- no weekends Weeks to get a replacement atm card When my account dropped for a few days to about 12.00 before my monthly deposit my account was cancelled. Furthermore I received no notification via any form of communication.
