This place is so discriminatory and filthy. Went to see one of their units and it smelled like public restroom. The units seriously looks like walk in public restrooms with "amenities" so so so bad in my opinion. Plus the front desk dude was sick, coughing all over his hands and touching my documents/ID
I have lived in a number of apartments over the years and this is one of the best ones. My floor is quiet and all my neighbors are friendly. Management is always friendly and cooperative. And I absolutely love having a washer and dryer!!
Ive been living here for 10years and saw a roach so I called and they scheduled pest control and they never showed up twice. I had maybe killed 5 spiders in a 10 years span this place ain’t what it use to be.I recently was taken to court for eviction over a couple paystubs and $1,000.00 I had ready to pay, but management would not settle outside of court. Management is rude and they are disrespectful. They try to run your apartment and tell you how clean you need to keep your apartment. They do make false accusations. They lie. I have gotten kicked out of here. I'm supposed to leave by September 30th this is just a terrible place to rent. Do yourself a huge favor. Don't rent these apartments. They're not worth it and management is very rude and disrespectful
