This place is so discriminatory and filthy. Went to see one of their units and it smelled like public restroom. The units seriously looks like walk in public restrooms with "amenities" so so so bad in my opinion. Plus the front desk dude was sick, coughing all over his hands and touching my documents/ID
I have lived in a number of apartments over the years and this is one of the best ones. My floor is quiet and all my neighbors are friendly. Management is always friendly and cooperative. And I absolutely love having a washer and dryer!!
Management is rude and they are disrespectful. They try to run your apartment and tell you how clean you need to keep your apartment. They do make false accusations. They lie. I have gotten kicked out of here. I'm supposed to leave by September 30th this is just a terrible place to rent. Do yourself a huge favor. Don't rent these apartments. They're not worth it and management is very rude and disrespectful
If you’re looking for stable housing or a property that values your tenancy don’t move here - you’re guaranteed to walk on egg shells. The biggest problem is the constant display of discriminatory behavior from management they know that most ppl living here are people of low economic status or minorities just looking for safety and security but that won’t stop the lengths they will go to to be superior over others I.e impossible cleaning standards during inspections or creating false claims .
