This place is so discriminatory and filthy. Went to see one of their units and it smelled like public restroom. The units seriously looks like walk in public restrooms with "amenities" so so so bad in my opinion. Plus the front desk dude was sick, coughing all over his hands and touching my documents/ID
Not even 1 star should be given. These apartments, the management, office staff, maintenance and residents are soo terrible. Do yourself a huge favor and do not move here. Absolute trash. I experienced so many problems while living here, it is not even funny. Since moving out my stress levels and quality of life have improved immensely. The office cannot communicate effectively or follow through with planned maintenance projects, let alone keep a staff member for more than 2 months. I have lived in a number of apartments over the years and this is one of the best ones. My floor is quiet and all my neighbors are friendly. Management is always friendly and cooperative. And I absolutely love having a washer and dryer!!
Management is rude and they are disrespectful. They try to run your apartment and tell you how clean you need to keep your apartment. They do make false accusations. They lie. I have gotten kicked out of here. I'm supposed to leave by September 30th this is just a terrible place to rent. Do yourself a huge favor. Don't rent these apartments. They're not worth it and management is very rude and disrespectful
