Just got home from a vacation and discovered we had a plugged sewer line with nasty back up in the basement tub and toilet. It was 9:45pm Sunday night. A call to Lambert Plumbing who sent us a great guy Tony whom was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Tony gave great customer service, explained the issue and the solution and made a really “crappy “ situation great! Thanks Tony, we really appreciate your great service.

We had an excellent experience with Carl from Lambert Plumbing! He replaced the hot water tank at our recently purchased townhouse. Carl was very professional, polite, and took the time to explain and show us how to adjust the temperature of the hot water tank. We were very impressed when he cleaned our rusty hot water tank drain pan and made sure everything drained properly before he installed the new tank. When he was done, he cleaned up his work area before he hauled away our old tank for disposal. Great job Carl!

Called Lambert Plumbing to fix a stubborn drain clog. Service was great and I would totally recommend! Booking was easy and they were available next day. Henry was friendly, professional and efficient and issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! Tony arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and neatly, and he had all the parts and tools he needed for the job with him. The pricing was fair with no hidden fees, and his friendly, professional attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs! I had an appointment with Jun for the annual boiler maintenance appointment. He came in and patiently listened to the concern I have about our heating system. Also he was very thorough in explaining the nature of the problem and also provide options for us to how to best to proceed. Also did a through job to make sure our boiler clean and good to use for another winter season.
