Ben and his installation crew were the best. After sustaining damage to our laminate (cardboard!) flooring during hurricane Milton, we completely refloored our 2,000+ square foot home with Resolve 6.0 vinyl flooring, in a lighter color to give our home that beachy vibe that we always wanted. Excellent customer service. I bought my home 4 years ago and put luxury vinyl through out my home. Recently some of the tiles had small holes an scratches. I called the store and immediately I had a visit to my home and installers were sent to replace the bad tiles. Thankfully I had extra tiles. Highly recommend this store
This was truly the best experience ever! These guys sold an amazing product and they installed so quickly. After every night they cleaned up everything and moved all my furniture back to its spot. Not to mention the young men ended up helping an elderly man in my neighborhood who took a nasty spill. They help him up until the ambulance came. Great team! Very happy.
Whether it's DIY or going to hire for an install this store and staff are fantastic! The people in here are genuinely nice and super friendly. Went in initially as a DIYer and bought the materials for it. Went sideways and ended up hiring them to do the install. Not only were they amazing during the initial phase, but the install was a breeze. Can't recommend this company enough. Todd was super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place!
Josh was great to work with! He listened to all of our concerns. He brought samples to our house, viewed and discussed our concerns again until we had a plan. Installers were great, quick and efficient (thank you Ben) and were careful with the furniture. My floors look great! I highly recommend Josh and this store.
