We have 2 nice lamps, one brass and one lead crystal that we needed new shades for. We looked at several stores and found them either too expensive, too cheap or nothing to our liking. We found what we wanted here and the sales lady was very helpful. The best selection of mid price lamp shades we have found.

First, we installed one track light and found it was "broken" one of the arms was crooked and drooped. Should Have Gone to Home Depot I will never be back to this store! I dealt with three women during this experience (one in person, two by phone) and am still stunned at the treatment I received. The woman who helped me, in person, was pleasant enough but didn't have answers to ANY of my questions about the fixtures, installation, no suggestions for lighting type for the room....nothing - nor did she TRY to find any answers...
