I’ve been a long-time customer of Land O’ Lakes Water Treatment—they originally installed my system and have serviced it multiple times over the years. That’s exactly why this experience is so frustrating. I paid $225 for an annual service visit, and a new technician (after the company was apparently acquired) came out and immediately claimed my system is “failing at all fronts.” I was then told they no longer work on systems like mine and the ONLY option offered was a full replacement for $7,000. Aaron was great! He was friendly and courteous. He took the time to move some bags of salt into my water treatment room. I really appreciated that as I wasn't able to do it my self. I have used Land O Lakes Water Treatment for 30 years or more they have always known just what needs done to make our Water system work better for us.

I have been a customer for 30 years and was always happy with their knowledge and reliability. This time I called and had a difficult time reaching an actual human .Their A.I. system only makes appointments if you give them a c.c. .So I called the next morning to see if I had an appointment and they said no but they would give me a 10 o'clock appointment if I gave them my C.C.for payment of service call. Aaron Pierce is an excellent technician sent by Land O'Lakes Water Treatment for today's appointment service. He carefully checked and tested the water softener's operation, made some adjustment with explanations. Besides he found that the draining pipe was cut-damaged beneath the soil and made it replaced in well position.
