Good operation and maintenance done to the standard.
Was able to get a timely appointment even though I am not a local customer. Was given a new courtesy vehicle and was kept well informed with the progress of my vehicle. I had a usual and expensive , no fault of RR situation, and was very pleased with my entire experience at this dealership.
My service with Land Rover Alexandria was once again excellent. It was a little emergency and again my Service Advisor BJ Alger rose to the occassion. I am always happy to go there whenever service is required knowing well that my baby is in very safe hands.

Service Rep (Ash) was helpful. Car stayed longer in shop due to additional work that needed to be done but overall, it was a very great experience. Some of the repair/replacement done was totally covered by warranty which was nice.
