I went in over the weekend without an appointment... I was greeted by a nice man but then waited for 20 minutes and no one helped me. At all. I left... made an appointment for Tuesday. Came in that day and Ash (my service manager) was amazing. Quick service, offered to wash my Sport and got me in, out and on my way with a bulb change. A-plus Ash... and thanks Alexandria store. Ill be back for sure.
My service was amazing, as usual. The customer service rep was totally professional, courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I was given a loaner while service was being performed on my vehicle. My vehicle was cleaned when I picked it up,
BJ and the service crew are amazing! They always take good care of me and my vehicle. Highly recommended.
Ash was very helpful and took care of all my maintenance needs expeditiously.

My experience was great. I was completely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. It was done in a timely fashion and my vehicle rides/drives like a charm. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I found the staff at Land Rover of Alexandria to be be quite friendly and engaging. I will definitely be back, if any services are required in the future.
