It was fast on timely manner and I simply enjoyed it. The only issue it was a little pricey for me.
Service was good and my Advisor was excellent. My rating is based on the fact I had to return my vehicle for an issue that I pointed out when I dropped it off. The issue resurfaced and requires more diagnosis.
They didn't do a service. I brought my car in due to a concern and nothing was done about it. I was basically told my car was fine.
I have a deep concern regarding the dishonest practices I encountered at this dealership, possibly by both the service underwriter and mechanic. I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership, and every service has always been performed here. Recently, I brought it in for a routine oil change and requested a diagnosis due to the check engine light that came on. We reported a thump that occurs when turning for the last year. We were told it was nothing. It is still happening and more frequent. It may not occur when you drive the car around the block to test it. More thought or investigation would be appreciated. This is our first less than positive experience with Land Rover in 26 years of owning them .
Terrible experience with this dealer. It took them over two months to submit title work for a car purchased and paid in full for two months prior. Shady!
I came in for one service, with a fully functioning stereo system. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed it sounded "hollow" when I played music. I called back the very next day, brought the vehicle back, and sat in my vehicle with my advisor, who acknowledged the same "hollow" sound. The customer service was great! My car was in for a week. They did a recall repair, multi point inspection and fixed my door latch. In the multipoint inspection, everything checked out okay expect the door latch issue. I picked up my car on a Friday and everything was fine. On Sunday, there was a horrible grinding sound when using the brakes. I took it to another repair shop and I needed a full brake job. Unbelievable!
