Hated estimate for another repair. Truck is worth $3000. Dollars, repair is $5700.
It was the worst experience ever. They reported wrong odometer and gave me a after market spare key. I'm considering a legal action.
I went in due to a gas cap light appearing, I was told to replace it. After replaced the light still came on and then I was told to pay to replace a line. After line was replaced my DVD system went out, my toddlers have watch it often and there was never and indication that anything was wrong. Once my advisor was contacted the issues was never resolved or explained of how I went in for a gas light and ended up having to come in three different times for other things. I don't belive my rear brake pads needed to be replaced. I wish I had asked for my old brake pads back to confirm.
I am ridiculously irritated with Jaguar customer service. For the sake of brevity, considering my frustration is extensive, I will simply say, I will never buy another. As much as I love my vehicle, and I was considering a Range Rover, the poor customer service outweighs my love for the vehicle. I have visited three (3) dealerships and all three have disappointed, which says its the brand's standard.
It took over three months to get the parts for my car that were damaged during another repair and my service advisor is no longer with the dealer and no one contacted me to let me know and that the parts were not in the parts got replace but I expected better service or at least wash my car
They lack communication and couldn't provide me with a product invoice for services needed.
I made an appt for 8 am Tues to have my "check engine light" checked out. By Weds afternoon, nobody had even looked at the car yet. It was Thursday afternoon before they called -- after I called several times to no avail (often the phone went unanswered). They provide no loaners. They finally did the repairs on Friday (claiming light was due to turbo charge line leaks requiring $1500 in repairs). Left car for three days for electrical diagnostic, however, was not done, due to back up in the service scheduling. Was unable to leave car for longer period. Had I had been advised of the back up at the time of scheduling, I would not have left my car and would have rescheduled for a more convenient time. Poor communication by the scheduler.
