The front counter agents are not transparent about pricing and did not offer friendly customer service with appropriate communication to prevent inconvenience for the customer.
Not good at all no loaner car,they say you have to pay for your own rental car,just a inconvenience.
Awful experience. Car was there for extended period of time when I was told it would be done over the weekend. Poor communication.
Terrible my brand new 2022 Range Rover sport would just turn off while driving. Service never picked the car up. Sold the car after 3 months and terrible service. Do not buy a vehicle here or any other landrover.

First of all o would like to say thanks But when I bought this car 2 tire very bad land rover Alexandria changed 1 tire for me but Im not satisfied with the rest one tire
I was charged to much for a wheel alignment and a oil change that is robbery I have to find another place to have my service done. Almost 300.00 dollars for the work.
Too bad they were overbooked. Even with a reservation I had to wait several days to get my car back!
Alexandria dealership performed 60,000 mile service, stated everything was good. August 12, 2021, vehicle stopped in middle of route 5, Lexington Park, MD. Contacted dealer, stated no need to bring it in at this time because they were behind, and had no one to fix, would contact when available. Contact this dealer, and Annapolis dealer also, no response. Vehicle sat in my front yard until tow service pickup. No response from either dealership to date.
