Terrible service with unreliable maintenance to my vehicle.
I received an emenient service message on my phone so I made an Apptmt & brought the car in to learn that the message isnt valid & to go online, delete the Range Rover link & reinstall to clear msg. I told the Rep. since I was there to check the left rear tire as it keeps leaking, & it was then that he checked my record - to learned that a number of things needed to be serviced & to order a new tire. My apptmt was reschld tire arrived, rotation, wheel alignment, & oil change was performed. DJ
Was disappointed with the time to replace the front mud flaps, to repair the front fender trim and damage to the trunk insulation during installation of deplorable side steps. My brand new 2020 Defender is still in the shop waiting for more parts, itll be going on 2-weeks next Tuesday. I feel confident the time that has been taken to fix these issues will prove worth the wait.
Funny, I cant rate them less than 2 stars. This service department has gone downhill. Someone attempted to break into my car while under their care and they still have yet to repair the damage. Waited over two weeks for my vehicle to be taken in for service, while they tried to figure out if it fell under conditions for a recall. Had to wait another two weeks while I personally had to sort it out with RR America headquarters. Thats when someone tried to Jimmie the door. Go elsewhere.
1 star. I am glad its the last one before my lease ends.
Had front suspension work done and the front brakes were making really bad noises after. The mechanic said he was 100% sure it was the brakes (which were only 1 month old) and it had nothing to do with the work they did. He finally agreed to take a look and apparently , while doing the suspension work, they bent a piece of metal that was rubbing the brakes when turning. I'm glad they fixed it without charging me but it was frustrating.
Not too happy about their communication skills. I was told that I needed certain services and I agreed to have them done. Then after I paid for what was recommended, I then receive an email informing me of recommended services they claimed that I declined,which is a total fabrication. Im the type of person that follows whats recommended when it comes to my vehicle. I feel duped.No happy at all.
First, I ordered an extra key for my vehicle and ended up getting only one key back. They said the original key was left in the vehicle but it wasnt. Still waiting for this to be resolved, but not holding my breath. Second, they tried to make corona money off me by saying that different parts needed replacing. Got a $500 repair estimate on the real problem, then got a 3k invoice with add ons!!!! Reported/lied about leaks when there wasnt. When called on their BS, they retracted story.
Wasn't pleased with services, no longer will do business here
