Not a good experience. Dealership attempted to charge me for things that my recently purchased certified pre owned vehicle did not need or should not have needed. Also, the dealership did not want to honor a maintenance package that I purchased through an email from them. Luckily, the Dealership manager is a reasonable guy and corrected the issues.
Beyond words how horrible landrover Alexandria is- work and customer service
Over two weeks to my car to be fix; and if not really clear the answers about what was wrong with it.
They do not communicate with you what happening with your car. Kevin Hall was not a good servis agent.

Had to bring vehicle in twice for same problem. Both times they had to order parts.
Below average service. I expect better from Land Rover
Service personnel were Land Rover excellence. However, two problems. My vehicle was state safety inspected. Work done. The communications to me when there was a delay, unacceptable. For the cost and the prestige of Land Rover. Should never happen. Second, drove 4 miles to home. Vehicle sat 24 hours. Started to drive, check engine light illuminated. WHAT? Obviously the mechanics didnt do something. Getting single star until this has been resolved.
I have one comment my truck is making A sqeakie noise they told me 2 things it could be and I got them both fixed and my truck still sqeeking when I hit bumps
